PARIS STREET RAINY DAY

Hand-cut art wooden jigsaw puzzle of circa 150 pieces - Made in France and environmentally friendly.

Gustave Caillebotte (1848-1894) was a major figure of Impressionism as an artist but also as a patron. In this work dated 1877, he pays tribute to the architecture of the new neighbourhoods of Paris constructed by the baron Haussmann. The puzzle pieces highlight the perspective and the silhouettes of the figures ready for the rain.
