Whether you shop online or in-store, your loyalty is rewarded automatically. There's nothing you need to do!


How does it work?

Every paid order is recorded on your customer account and earns 1 loyalty point.

Your points never expire.


Redeem your points whenever you like:

4 points = 10% off your order of choice, or

9 points = 15% off your order of choice

Discounts cannot be combined


What are the requirements?

To earn loyalty points, you must have a customer account. Your account is valid in our stores, on our website, and for orders placed by phone or by mail.
Only purchases made directly from Puzzle Michèle Wilson or through our website (www.puzzlemichelewilson.com) are eligible for loyalty points.


I usually shop in-store. Can I accumulate points?

Absolutely! If you already have a customer account, your in-store purchases have been earning points since October 1, 2019.


I've reached 4 or 9 points. What happens next?

Congratulations, and thank you for your loyalty!
You can now redeem your points for a discount on your next order.


I can't log in: the site tells me that the account already exists!

If you have already provided your email address in-store, your account already exists. When you log in for the first time, just click on "Reset my password" to create one.


How long are my points valid?

Your points do not have an expiration date.
