Delivery and tracking

How much are the delivery fees?

In mainland France, the delivery fee is €8. Free shipping for orders over €89. The delivery fee to a country in the EU is €16, and internationally it is €32.


When will my order be delivered?

In mainland France, orders placed before 12:00 PM are delivered within 3-4 business days via Colissimo.

Orders placed from Friday evening to Sunday evening or during French public holidays will be processed the next business day.

As soon as the order is handed over to our delivery partner, you will receive an email indicating that your order has left our warehouse.


Can the delivery address differ from the billing address?

Yes. Please ensure that the desired delivery address is entered correctly.


Can I have an order sent directly to someone else's home?

You can certainly send your order to a person and address different from the billing information. However, we cannot manage gift wrapping or add a small message, and the invoice is always included in the package.


How can I track my order?

If you place your order through your customer account or create one, you will be able to track your package under "Order tracking"in your customer account.

  • Status 100-Order received: Your order has successfully reached us, and we will process it as soon as possible.
  • Status 300-Order shipped: Your order has left our warehouse and should be arriving to you soon!

What are my return options?

In case of a change of mind, the return is at your expense. Please contact us by email in advance so that we can send you the necessary return information. You can also refuse the delivery, and it will automatically come back to us.
